Gpap.html is start point of GPAP application to let user upload their Biological or Technical replicates of GPR files, GAL file and specify layout of GAL file, filtering criteria and normalization method.
  
  
  
If a user has already uploaded files, he can request result file from request.html. Enter the request ID that he was assigned after he uploaded his files.
  
  
  
After the user click Process or Get Result Button, he will enter Statistics Summary page, from this page, user can go to different result page. Statistics summary page will show the user what files he has uploaded and what filtering criteria and normalization method he has chosen. Also this page will show the user how many valid ratios have been generated for each GPR file and correlation coefficients between GPR files.
  
  
  
If the user click Diagnose Plot link, he will get diagnose plot page. From Plot Type drop down box, he can view different plots. the User can also go to other different result files from diagnose page.
  
  
  
If the user click Report click, he will get report page. From Report Type drop down box, he can view different report. And click Download File link to download these reports. User can also go to different result files from this page.
  
  
  
If the user click Significantly Differentially Expressed Genes link, he will get significantly differentially expressed genes page. From Gene List drop down box, the user can choose different number of Significantly Differentially Expressed Genes list to see. All the genes are ranked from most likely Differentially Expressed Genes to least likely Differentially Expressed Genes. Click Download File link, the user can download the file. From left navigation bar, the user can go to other different result file.
